OWWSA Why You Should Become A Member

Now then you Chairboys & girls, how would you fancy a trip away next season — or even twenty- three trips away next season?

OWWSA currently guarantees coaches to all away league matches & also cup matches if there is enough interest. OWWSA is not part of WWFC & we have to say a very big thank you to the club for allowing us the free use of Adams Park car park for the coaches & for supporters’ cars whilst we are away.

OWWSA is a voluntary association, Margaret runs the coaches from home. If you request seats to pay by bank transfer you may not get instant reply to your email, but she does answer all emails.  If you get no reply within 12 hours —– look in your spam.

Bookings can also be made by card in Reception prior to each home match.(no cash)

1200-1430 before a 1500 kick off

1700- 1915 before a 1945 kick off

Please bear in mind that once bookings have been paid for, there is no refund for any cancellation.

As long as there are seats available, bookings can be paid for up to :-

1800 Wednesday before a Saturday match &

1800 Sunday before a Tuesday match.

Be aware that some coaches may be full before the cut-off time.

Prices are very competitive & even more so if you are a member. Membership costs £12 per season & on each coach trip you will save £5, £6 or £7 depending on the age category.

Membership fee can be paid any time after July 1st   see website for details.

If an away match is cancelled whilst we are en route only OWWSA members will get the coach fare refunded.

Coaches pick up at the departure depot in Aylesbury & Princes Risborough on the way to Adams Park.

Departure dates, times & prices are on the OWWSA website

EFL rules require us to arrive at the away stadium between 1 & 2 hours before kick-off so we aim for 1.5 hours. Apart from the Blackwall tunnel fire (Charlton September 2023) we have always arrived in time.

We also must comply with EFL rules & the Law : No unaccompanied passengers under 18years old & no alcohol on board whatsoever.

On longer journeys we stop at a service station after about 2 hours, normally for 30 minutes & homeward bound its normally a 15 minute comfort stop at a service station about halfway. (and all coaches have toilets)

We serve drinks on board, tea, coffee, hot Chocolate & bottles of water 50 pence each, cash only & also run a “first goal scorer” sweep for £1 also cash only.

If you are not minded to join us on a coach maybe we’ll see you at one of our three annual events, bingo, dinner & quiz. Details will be on the website nearer the event.

So, we look forward to seeing you next season & remember :-

Travelling the country on an OWWSA coach is one of the nicest ways of meeting the nicest people
