AWAY TRAVEL DETAILS
Bookings will preferably be made at Adams Park in the Main Reception before home matches. We will try to make it possible to book for two or three matches at the same time, so anyone not attending a particular home game still has the opportunity for future matches. Obviously, it means all bookings have to be paid for in advance. If you can’t make a home game then you can book by bank transfer, just email bookings@owwsa.co.uk for details.
The latest Days and Times for booking away matches are as follows:-
For Saturday Matches: The Thursday prior to the Match upto 19:30
For Weekday Matches: The Sunday prior to the Match upto 19:30
Any Junior members, under 18, must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for their behaviour and safety.
Please remember that no alcohol can be taken on board the coaches
It is a Criminal Offence to take alcohol on any Coach going to and from a Football Match. This could result in the Police taking action against the Association, the Coach operator and Driver as well as the individual concerned, resulting in prosecution. The committee will take a serious view if there is any attempt made to bring alcohol onto any of our coaches.
As detailed in the away match details below the only refunds are for members if an away game is cancelled. We do not offer refunds if members or non members cannot make the away game.

COACH TRAVEL
OWWSA are committed to try and provide a minimum of one Coach to every away first team match for Football League games and FA and other Cup Matches.
OWWSA will endeavour to provide this as a service to members as a cost effective and efficient operation.
This service is primarily for members but non-members may be booked on coaches, however non-members will be liable to pay a surcharge over and above the fare charged to members.
Fares and surcharges will be fixed by the committee, and published in advance on the OWWSA website.
If a match is cancelled or abandoned, at the discretion of the committee, the fare will be refunded in whole or part. To enable this to happen, a separate fund will be created by the committee. This provision only applies to members of OWWSA.
